What's the average processing & shipping time?

We aim to process & ship orders within 24 hours. During busy times we may take up to 2 days to process your order. We ship items from our USA Warehouses (located in Little Rock AR, Dallas TX & Ontario CA) orders average between 5-7 business days to arrive.

Why did I receive my order in different packages?

We stock our products in multiple warehouses across the USA, in some cases you may receive your order in multiple packages due to the stock being sent from a varying warehouse. Rest assured you will receive all parts of your order, there may be a few days between arrival dates.

What payment methods to you accept?
